Manarat was founded by Prince Muhammad Al Faisal in 1977 to
meet the educational needs of children of expatriates. Primarily it was a very
good international school having a boys and girls section. The first of the
school is Manarat Jeddah.
The English medium Manarat Jeddah School has Mr. Kamal
Hussein as its headmaster and Manarat Jeddah Girls has Ms. Ayesha Abdullah as its
principal.
After 2003 these schools were sold to Ma;'arif Education. But now even they own 50% of it.
Manarat Alumni was created to be a meeting point of original alumni of Manarat Jeddah and other Manarat schools.
The Manarat alumni is a honest ,logical person within the boundaries of Islam who strives to produce excellence in their jobs and profession.
The above logo now belongs to Maa'rif education.
This is the reason for logo of Manarat Alumni.
